Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on retail store payments or point of sale systems.
• Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and leading enhancements to a retail payment experience.
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing experiment results, customer feedback, and service metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Customer-centric mindset aimed at improving customer journeys.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree and recognized training in Product Management preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product strategy for Zip’s in-store products, aligning with company goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
• Analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions for product performance.
• Interview customers and merchants to gather feedback on the in-store experience.
• Create a roadmap for in-store BNPL and secure executive buy-in.
• Promote continuous improvement and customer-centric thinking.
