Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and follow through.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).
  • Strong and stable internet connection for disruption-free video and audio calls.
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with several hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team.
  • Create and maintain a great candidate experience through the interview process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions.
