Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role.
• Background as a software engineer, data engineer, or SDET is a plus.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural concepts with engineering teams.
• Experience with web frameworks like React and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of web data layers and privacy compliance.
• Prioritization skills for balancing feature development and technical improvements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
• Define roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features in partnership with product managers.
• Translate business/user needs into user stories and product specifications.
• Create acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams.
• Manage web data layers for analytics and personalization.
• Develop features to enhance trial, purchase, and onboarding experiences.
• Optimize product discovery and implement personalization strategies.
• Scope integration of CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Champion Agile principles and drive team backlogs.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies including planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives.
