Requirements:

• 5+ years of service delivery/operations experience.
• 8+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Leadership that reflects bswift core values.
• Ability to help others solve complex problems efficiently.
• Significant process management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends if necessary.
• Willingness to travel/work in Chicago office as needed (up to 10%).
• B.A. or B.S. required or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly deliver on key projects including training development, software implementations, process mapping, and risk management.
• Coach and develop junior teammates.
• Lead governance on client lines of business to meet and exceed expectations.
• Build relationships with internal customers via ongoing discussions.
• Coordinate with teams for solution delivery.
• Manage implementation risks and maintain status dashboards.
• Lead efforts to improve processes, technology, and delivery quality.
