Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop business initiatives to expand market presence in the region.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development department, including country managers.
• Approve payments and participate in financial forecasting and budget planning.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide updates to senior management.
