Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in business development or data analysis.
• Online travel background including GDS, OTA, Meta Searches, and TMS.
• Strategic business-oriented thinking based on data.
• Familiarity with technologies including Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Analytics, and Google Docs.
• Proactive ability to close agreements and find growth solutions.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of competitors and the travel/ground transportation market in AU/NZ.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Previous remote work experience and travel experience in AU/NZ would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with all AU/NZ operators.
• Strategize on how to grow the local market particularly in AU/NZ.
• Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote the local market, and promote reseller/affiliate programs.
• Find new local operators in AU/NZ, find new deals, and try to maximize profit for the company from current operators.
• Assist Finance Team on reconciliation of balances/invoices, check on remaining deposits, and facilitate sales estimation during peak season.
