Requirements:

• Doctorate degree is required paired with specific professional experience in diversity and inclusion.
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching and leadership experience in a formal educational setting is required.
• Experience must include both traditional and non-traditional teaching formats.
• Demonstrated experience in developing online professional relationships is necessary.
• Evidence of professional research and other creative endeavors in the field is required.

Responsibilities:

• Relates directly to students, handling instructional responsibilities to enhance the learning experience.
• Facilitates a safe and productive learning environment for students.
• Responds timely to student requests for information and contacts inactive students as needed.
• Oversees the quality of the course by reviewing content and ensuring effective delivery.
• Provides feedback on assignments and reports student performance data.
• Supports policies and ethical conduct within the course.
