Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in demand planning, product lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Experience in managing the lifecycle of consumer products is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development teams.
  • Proficient in demand planning software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, including inventory and SKU management.
  • Omnichannel experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop timely and accurate demand forecasts for new products, limited release kits, and samples.
  • Collaborate with the New Product Development (NPD) team to align on forecasts, product launches, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Phase out existing SKUs while ensuring smooth transitions to newer products.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Key Customers to align forecasts with market launch timing and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate consensus on product lifecycle decisions across multiple teams and functions.
  • Contribute to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) meetings with insights on product lifecycle data.
  • Analyze market trends and product performance to inform demand planning.
  • Drive product allocation decisions to ensure availability across channels.
  • Provide insights on underperforming products and SKU rationalization.
  • Identify improvements in demand planning processes.
