Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal daily supervision.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience with diverse groups and matrix-managed environments.
• Strong communication skills coupled with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS-Project.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Lead a variety of different types of projects.
• Hold kickoff calls for internal and external customers.
• Ensure end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit.
• Manage scope rigorously to achieve commitments within agreed parameters.
• Develop communication plans and interfaces as per project plan.
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships.
• Track and maintain project budgets.
