Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the corporate legal world or managing compliance filing for companies in multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to thrive on getting it right for the customer and revel in details while adhering to deadlines.
• Comfortable balancing several ongoing tasks and managing priorities.
• Maintain composure with stressed customers and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while also being a team player.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with state agencies and filing partners to fulfill customer orders and confirm filing requirements.
• Engage directly with customers to address their questions and concerns via chat, email, or telephone.
• Maintain and update new customer accounts and troubleshoot account issues.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Finance to coordinate solutions for customer needs.
• Organize and manage a large number of tasks.
• Act promptly to situations requiring quick response or turnaround.
