Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project scrum meetings, campaign planning, and retrospectives.

  • Manage the progress of deliverables and tickets in Jira, Asana, and other project management tools.
  • Ensure alignment in processes with other Midnight teams, such as Product, Engineering, and Developer Relations.
  • Identify risks and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Track and report project metrics to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing project documentation.
  • Support the marketing team in achieving high levels of performance and quality.
