Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of account management experience.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare/insurance industry and benefits administration.
• Strong project organization skills and ability to manage multiple implementations.
• Proven problem-identification, solving capabilities, and ability to influence business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage VSP’s largest, most complex clients and lead corporate-wide efforts for efficient processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for client service and marketing projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their requirements.
• Facilitate key client meetings, manage account plans, and oversee compliance-related items.
• Develop complex implementation plans, manage client contracts, and coordinate communication strategies.
• Identify and escalate client issues, and market VSP programs to gain account adoption.
