Requirements:

• At least 5-7 years of work experience in digital publications design, branding, UX/UI, and presentation design.
• Strong portfolio of design products related to key responsibilities.
• Ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute designs aligned with BSR's brand.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to translate technical content into compelling visualizations.
• High ethical standards and commitment to BSR’s core values.
• Willingness to undertake up to 15% business travel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, project manage and lead design of new and updated website pages with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
• Collaborate closely with website manager to ensure designs align with technical specifications.
• Lead weekly website planning meetings.
• Oversee branding strategy and implementation for BSR and its sub-brands.
• Design key reports and collaborate with the Editorial Manager on engaging designs.
• Produce graphics for social media, design PowerPoint presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Format and enhance report design in Microsoft Word.
• Manage external vendors for design projects as needed.
• Produce graphics for events and webinars.
