Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Growth Product Manager for a technology product (preferably B2B SaaS) with a track record of driving growth.
• Exposure to product-led growth strategies and alignment with Go-to-Market teams.
• Understanding of onboarding and activation life cycle of PLG SaaS products.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Data savvy with experience in user research, market research, data analysis with SQL, A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor two growth-focused teams, overseeing initiatives around onboarding/activation and retention.
• Directly manage a data analyst, conducting regular 1:1s, supporting career development, and handling performance reviews.
• Drive the strategy and execution of A/B tests across retention and onboarding/activation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the data analyst to uncover behavioral insights, analyze test results, and identify successful experiments.
• Oversee and optimize team workflows, documentation, and tools to improve efficiency and repeatability in growth initiatives.
• Act as the key liaison with other departments to ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement.
