Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in CSE/MCA or equivalent work experience.
  • Six (6)+ years of QA experience in the Salesforce environment, especially in CPQ testing with Subscription business concepts.
  • Mastery of software Quality Assurance / Testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using SQA tools (Test Rail & JIRA) and SQL database querying tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, Agile Scrum, JIRA, Test Rails, and SOQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively document, track and drive the team toward QA goals.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, system integration, and automated testing.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA.
  • Manage and maintain test cycles within JIRA.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and UAT resources to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in requirements review sessions and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
  • Work with data analysts to validate analytics reports and third-party SaaS application integrations.
