Video Editor (Equity-Based)

Requirements:

• Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or related field.
• 3 or more years of experience in video editing and production.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video editing projects.
• Excellent storytelling skills and keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with SOULCHI’s brand.
• Work closely with the content team to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Create video content including promotional clips, tutorials, and event coverage.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects.
• Collaborate with marketing and audio teams for quality deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and critique video content for quality and brand alignment.
