Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within business development, private equity, corporate development, or investment banking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Development - Source investment opportunities for our clients through targeted outreach.
  • Relationship Building - Build and nurture long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, board directors, investment bankers to unlock and secure new investment opportunities.
  • Driving Deals – Work alongside senior dealmakers to gain hands-on experience in the deal process, from initial discussions to finalizing transactions.
  • Financial Analysis - Develop and leverage a thorough understanding of financial statements, terminology, and analyses (with minimal to no financial modeling).
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the greater team to determine relevant deals across the client-base.
