Requirements:

• Experience with manual testing of browser extensions or web applications.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser APIs.
• Strong understanding of browser compatibility (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
• Knowledge of browser testing tools and debugging techniques (e.g., Chrome Developer Tools).
• Ability to write detailed bug reports and manage them through Jira.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of security best practices for browser extensions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing on Keeper’s browser extensions across Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
• Test core functionality, UI/UX, and security features, ensuring compatibility with web applications.
• Create and manage test cases based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and minimize defects.
• Identify and document defects in Jira, providing clear instructions for resolution.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing for consistent behavior.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
• Test new releases to ensure user experience is maintained.
• Continuously improve QA processes and enhance testing efficiency.
