Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience, ideally at the Director level or above.
• At least 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• Proven success in high-performance cultures such as tech, operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead non-Field Operations teams including vendor management and virtual property management.
• Develop strategy for new verticals.
• Support the Operations division in enhancing guest and owner experiences while improving quality standards.
• Track key metrics related to responsiveness, operational and overhead costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to leverage technology for improving KPIs.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives across property service providers.
• Domestic travel up to 15%.
