• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the real estate or property development sector.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage email drip campaigns to engage potential homebuyers.
• Monitor branding and audience engagement across campaigns.
• Verify and update data from agency partners for accuracy.
• Communicate with external partners for marketing coordination.
• Help build and maintain CRM workflows and content libraries.
• Create and review marketing reports to measure performance.
• Track KPIs and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Assist in creating marketing materials tailored to audiences.
• Contribute ideas for new initiatives to boost engagement.
