Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership within the Insurance Services space.
  • Experience selling to Claim and Managed Care executives is preferred.
  • Direct experience with IME and Peer Review services and the Workers’ Compensation and Auto markets is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and forecast trends.
  • Proven experience in managing national and local sales teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
