• 5+ years of experience as a Marketing, Sales, and/or Revenue Operations professional.
• Experience with Salesforce is required; familiarity with other GTM technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to break down complex problems.
• Positive, adaptable self-starter with detail-oriented focus.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience in startup/high growth environments with high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong operational cadence to support business growth and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Engage with frontline salespeople to understand and reflect their operational challenges in business proposals.
• Translate business process requirements into functional requirements documents for technical partners.
• Develop change management plans with GTM stakeholders for projects affecting workflows.
• Oversee selection and implementation of tools for GTM and revenue operations, including CRM systems.
