Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business studies or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the medical device industry; experience in neurosurgery or radiation oncology is a huge plus.
  • Ability to create and manage key internal and external partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed top line revenue goals and other key performance indicators that align with the corporate objectives.
  • Present product features and benefits, value analysis, and organization history during various sales activities.
  • Select and accelerate new sales opportunities while profiling key stakeholders.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Identify activities to drive the sales process within the territory.
  • Gain clinical support and handle objections to close business.
  • Utilize sales tools and CRM for account planning and business intelligence.
  • Submit all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
