Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Experience supporting hiring managers through the full-cycle hiring process across all role levels.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Director of Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership, and Operations to determine staffing needs.
• Draft realistic and relevant job postings with HR/Talent Acquisition and Operations.
• Systematically review resumes and screen candidates to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and plan/host hiring events when necessary.
• Conduct interviews and train hiring managers using the Hiring Guide.
• Assist with interview training for new hiring managers.
