Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in a hands-on IT administrator role.
• Proficiency in administering Google Workspace.
• Experience working with Okta and integrating with common SaaS applications.
• Experience with IT service management tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong networking knowledge and proficiency in managing office networking.
• Understanding of network security, data privacy practices and threat counter-measures.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with remote laptop management via MDM.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee SaaS tools and manage integrations while enforcing security practices.
• Manage office and warehouse networking, ensuring secure remote access and device administration.
• Lead user onboarding/offboarding and provide technical support.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and employee training.
• Automate IT processes and manage incident response.
• Assist in vendor contract reviews and track costs.
