Requirements:

• Experience in experience design with knowledge of UI/UX patterns and web design principles.
• Proven track record with case studies showing success in user needs and business goals.
• Prior experience marketing SaaS products for B2C and B2B.
• Skills in responsive or mobile-first design for consistent user experience across devices.
• Experience in driving UX strategy in large organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile scrum environment.
• Experience with conversion testing and landing page optimization.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, and UserTesting.com.
• Data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Create exceptional user web experiences that prioritize user needs and lead to conversions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to brainstorm and create design concepts.
• Convey design ideas through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes considering the entire user journey.
• Test, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs using A/B testing and user testing.
• Identify barriers to conversion and provide design solutions that align with user and business objectives.
• Produce high-fidelity designs and optimized assets aligned with design principles.
• Enhance existing design systems for scalability and flexibility.
• Work closely with engineering and web teams throughout implementation.
