Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • General knowledge of employment law related to recruitment.
  • Experience handling sensitive information and strong computer skills, preferably in Google Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships, adapt to priorities, work autonomously and in teams.
  • Experience in tech or cybersecurity preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the full cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications and corresponding with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and source candidates using various platforms.
  • Assist in launching assessments and managing progress communications.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities with HR.
  • Facilitate new hire check-ins and monitor onboarding feedback.
  • Create and update documentation and recruitment reporting.
