Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud security with deep expertise in AWS or GCP.
• Ability to deploy cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Experience developing automations or guardrails with Golang or Ruby.
• Execution-focused mindset, able to navigate ambiguity.
• Passion for building an open financial system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop threat models for cloud and compute paved roads to identify security risks.
• Apply expert knowledge of security best practices for AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes for remediations.
• Review configuration changes and write policies to detect security invariants.
• Build guardrails for safe cloud and compute platforms.
• Write code for automations supporting security requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams on cloud and compute architecture design.
