Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is essential.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in a financial role in the E-commerce sector is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions accurately and timely, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices for billing and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain regular cash flow reports.
• Assist in payroll processing for employees and ensure accurate wage calculations.
• Generate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate financial processes and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security of financial data.
