Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional working experience as a product manager or in a related field.
• Ability to create and own a roadmap for execution.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or Agile methodology software.
• Strong understanding of research and analytical insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and collaboration abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Internet, web trends, and emerging web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Management partners alongside Engineering, Localization, Analytics, and UX Design teams.
• Assist in planning and launching high-quality resume-building experiences.
• Conduct ongoing A/B Testing and analysis of funnels.
• Understand the competitive environment and develop features that drive engagement.
• Document requirements and collaborate on the design of new features and enhancements.
• Refine the product backlog, conduct user acceptance testing, and report issues.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to analyze metrics that inform product success.
