Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in deal desk, order management, or operations, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • 4+ years’ experience leading and growing a team.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, contract structures, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (especially CPQ), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Additional proficiency with forecasting tools and ERPs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales organization by driving consistency in deal structures and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Revenue and Legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual language.
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional teams for escalations.
  • Provide guidance on deal implications and risks to leadership.
  • Assist in pre-sales to analyze margins in deal structure.
  • Manage Deal Desk Analysts and track performance metrics.
  • Ensure team compliance with approvals and SLAs in quoting processes.
  • Document policy changes and deliver training on best practices.
  • Assist in system enhancements and new product introductions.
