Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Strategy for 'Staff by Detroit Labs'.
• Develop and implement an effective sales plan for medium to large accounts.
• Utilize a consultative sales strategy to drive new business and address client objections.
• Evaluate client needs and offer staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to create contracts and sales materials.
• Conduct sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
• Interface with leadership on pricing for quotes and bids.
• Conduct outreach to generate new business.
• Organize sales efforts using CRM, including contacts and opportunities.
• Collaborate on contract negotiations and RFP responses.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
