Requirements:

• An RN license in your home state with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience triaging patients in urgent care or emergency room settings.
• Technologically adept and able to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and time zones.
• Exceptional communication skills for clear interaction with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in clinical intake meetings.
• Triage incoming calls and inquiries on various issues (urgent and non-urgent) from clients.
• Communicate clients' clinical issues with team leaders for appropriate action.
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule appointments and transfer medical records.
• Select appropriate physicians for clients and oversee appointment coordination.
