Requirements:
  • Analytical and continuous improvement mindset, able to build detailed, high-quality models.
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural competency to navigate dynamic environments.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Expertise in budgeting processes and profitability analysis.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Finance for a CPG brand is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and/or Datarails is a plus.
  • Prior experience at a rapidly scaling startup is desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a business partner to the Supply Chain team, supporting decision-making and strategic analysis.
  • Lead and manage cost-saving initiatives, organizing and quantifying savings.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders to build dashboards measuring KPIs.
  • Maintain forecasts for key Supply Chain P&L line items such as COGS and Freight.
  • Evaluate co-manufacturer and warehouse agreements with leadership.
  • Own the annual budgeting process for Supply Chain.
  • Build evaluation frameworks for new product innovation and customer opportunities.
  • Support Supply Chain leaders with ad hoc reporting.
