Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical toll manufacturing, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
• 5+ years of experience with procurement and supply planning.
• Experience working with an ERP like NetSuite or similar.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau.
• Ability to travel as requested (estimated up to 15% of time).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the onboarding and relationship management of toll manufacturers and suppliers, including contract and price negotiations.
• Facilitate timely scheduling of tollers to ensure reliable supply.
• Monitor toller performance and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Utilize ERP and other tools for accurate record keeping.
• Maintain and report inventory in collaboration with 3PLs and tollers.
• Prepare reports for senior management and ensure compliance with regulations.
