Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred.
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certification is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with eCommerce-based businesses and in supporting mergers and acquisitions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, analysis, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance.
• Deliver financial statements, budgets, and reports, and monitor accounts payable/receivable.
• Support CEO in investor relationships and deliver reports during the due diligence process.
• Manage cash flow analysis and ensure the company is never over-extended.
• Assist department heads in establishing annual budgets at company and department levels.
• Ensure efficient financial processes comply with legal regulations and internal standards.
