Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or project coordination roles.
• Basic understanding of land-use regulations, permitting processes, and real estate law.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and ability to conduct site evaluations under supervision.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of renewable energy development processes or related industries preferred.
• Basic experience reviewing real estate documents such as deeds, titles, and abstracts preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with executing land acquisition campaigns, conducting research and preparing materials.
• Leverage GIS tools for campaign scoping, site development, and environmental due diligence.
• Perform initial outreach to landowners and support negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing materials and campaign strategies.
• Serve as a contact for third-party land agents and document interactions.
• Prepare campaign progress reports and maintain accurate records of activities.
