Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Experience supporting hiring managers through the full-cycle hiring process.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Director of Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to determine staffing needs.
• Draft relevant job postings in collaboration with HR/Talent Acquisition and Operations.
• Review and screen resumes systematically to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and plan/host hiring events as needed.
• Conduct interviews and assist in training hiring managers.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
