Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of experience selling SaaS products into EMEA Public Sector accounts, ideally in Italy, Eastern Europe or the Nordics.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA Public Sector workflows, particularly in Law Enforcement/Defence/National Security.
  • Excellent customer-facing presentation and listening skills to establish credibility with senior executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Connect with key stakeholders in your territory to understand their needs and decision-making processes.
  • Identify new stakeholders and potential use cases in your territory.
  • Plan and execute activities to nurture client relationships, including renewals and upsells.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans for revenue growth and churn metrics.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in TRM products to enhance the sales process.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback, advocating for changes within TRM.
