• Strong knowledge of information technology and healthcare.
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale project planning and budgeting.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and interact across various levels and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in defining the strategy and roadmap for multiple IT applications.
• Engage with senior and executive leaders to fulfill business and IT goals.
• Lead product owners and analysts, maturing CoE processes.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships aligned with Banner's technology vision.
• Oversee installations, training, troubleshooting and ongoing support.
