Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in creating visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex data findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and B2B sales is a plus.
  • Administrative experience with Sales and Marketing tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the resolution of inbound requests from the Sales organization.
  • Develop and generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales activities.
  • Prepare presentations for sales leaders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Assist sales leaders in interpreting data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Continuously assess and improve reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Assist in planning and executing processes and systems for sales efficiency.
  • Manage operational onboarding for new sales hires.
  • Provide training on Sales Technologies and processes.
