Requirements:

• 4+ years of marketing automation implementation or admin experience within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• 2+ required certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant.
• 5+ full project implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Basic creation of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• AMPScript and SQL experience.
• Understanding of technical architecture and stories.
• Sales Cloud knowledge for marketing features.
• Prior experience in project management and deploying marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full project implementations that exploit the full capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Design and deliver solutions in Email Studio.
• Implement automated email/mobile journeys using various Salesforce tools.
• Set up and configure data models.
• Collaborate with clients to build consensus and provide strategy.
• Deliver training, support, and facilitate client transitions.
• Ensure accountability for project scope, schedule, and client satisfaction.
