Requirements:

5 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a District Sales Manager.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Outstanding analytical abilities combined with strong decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments.
Understanding of OEM distribution processes, field sales tools, and reports.
Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities:

Achieve retail sales and share objectives for the District through action plans.
Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to maximize vehicle ordering coverage.
Drive Accessories revenue and OnStar activations.
Improve customer focus and satisfaction within the Dealers.
Manage customer complaint issues and improve the retail digital customer experience.
