Requirements:

• 8+ years of growth marketing experience in global consumer SaaS.
• 3+ years owning the consumer strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Expertise in performance marketing, CRO, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Strong ability to lead and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience with consumer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, etc.).
• Familiarity with Apple Search Ads, paid social, and influencer marketing.
• Results-driven, analytical and pragmatic with a bias for action.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the overarching consumer marketing strategy.
• Build and execute full-funnel user acquisition strategies.
• Lead conversion rate optimization experiments to improve performance.
• Monitor acquisition metrics, providing data-backed recommendations.
• Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels globally.
• Report on performance of campaigns providing actionable insights.
