Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce data analysis focusing on website behavior and customer metrics.
• Required experience with Shopify plus, GA4, and Daasity.
• Proficient in Excel, GA4, CRM systems, and SQL.
• Required experience with Python or Ruby, with strong SQL skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy for analysis.
• Perform analysis on customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value.
• Analyze website traffic and conversion rates for performance improvements.
• Examine logistics data for cost-saving strategies.
• Use predictive modeling for inventory management forecasting.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights.
