Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as a sourcing manager, contracts manager, or paralegal.
• Experience in creating and managing legal playbooks, drafting, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts.
• Advanced understanding of commercial contract law, especially related to SaaS agreements.
• Experience building technology solutions for scaling contracting programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct thorough negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Learn Vercel’s internal structures, product offerings, technology, and security/data protection systems.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration to negotiate sales and procurement deals.
• Own and maintain Vercel’s agreement templates and playbooks.
• Standardize documentation and processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise internal customers by interpreting and explaining contract terms.
• Manage external contract negotiation resources and workflows.
