Requirements:
  • College graduate with a Bachelor's-level degree or higher.
  • Demonstrate an interest in learning the development, negotiation, and execution of customer contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and negotiating NDA’s, beta agreements, updates, software license agreements, and professional services agreements.
  • Reviewing RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, providing alternatives to contract terms.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal terms and conditions.
  • Interpreting contract policies and managing performance standards within the Contracts Team.
