  • Own the product roadmap, driving development of tools and features for B2B and B2C.
  • Build AI and Machine Learning products using data sets from GoFundMe and Classy.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, utilizing research and data analysis.
  • Work with privacy and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making through analytics and research.
  • Represent Classy Studio externally at conferences and in customer engagements.
  • Inspire and foster a mission-driven team culture.
