Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience supporting Workday environments in areas like Workday Integrations and Workday Core HCM.
  • Base knowledge of Workday business processes, organization structures, and security roles.
  • Experience with integration tools such as EIB, Solution, and Object Transporter.

Responsibilities:
  • Work independently with clients for day-to-day support of Workday.
  • Assist with transactional support, testing, report development, data loading, and troubleshooting.
  • Fulfill customer help desk requests and document issue resolutions.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues and ensure incident closure.
  • Identify solutions and suggest process improvements.
  • Execute tasks to meet service level agreements.
