Requirements:

• 7+ years of relevant intellectual property and/or project management experience, ideally in-house or at a major law firm.
• Deep understanding of best practices for IP portfolio and docket management.
• Experience in all phases of patent and trademark preparation and prosecution in the U.S. and WIPO.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to execute under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and assist in invention/patent harvesting activities.
• Prepare, prosecute, register, and renew patents and other forms of intellectual property.
• Maintain the intellectual property portfolio and support day-to-day operations of the IP team.
• Help manage the patent award program and other inventor incentives.
• Handle contract templates and guideline documents.
• Collaborate with various business areas to ensure branding policy compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
